I'm Aurélie! I am a private wedding photo editor and the owner behind Whisper & Sing Boutique Editing.

It’s my mission to help wedding photographers break the circle of stress and overwhelm so that they can love photography again and have the business they deserve.

After working as an editor and photographer for a busy wedding and commercial studio for many years, I made the leap to serve my own clients from all over the world.

The Boutique Editing Experience

It all begins with a chat via email, Zoom or Skype, where I will answer your questions and I learn about you, your needs and your style.

If we are a good fit, I will then take you through the super simple on-boarding process.

From setting up a Dropbox folder to scheduling your weddings, I am here all the way to make this easy and stress free.

FAQs

Will you match my unique style?

Yes! My job is to be your editing clone and give you consistent results.

Before our first wedding together, I spend time analysing your work and learning your style to ensure consistency for every wedding.

I will be the only editor working on your images and I am always here to help.

Communication is important for us to work as a team so don’t be afraid to share your feedback with me.

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time is based on your personal workflow. We set up a schedule together to ensure the best delivery time for your business. Your editing days are scheduled every 3 months and you receive automated reminders so you don’t have to keep track!

You will receive your catalog within 2 days of your booked editing date.

What programs do we need to work together?

I work with Lightroom or ACR, depending on your preference!

You will need a Dropbox subscription as this is how we share our files.

Do you have a contract?

We have a yearly agreement but you are not locked in a contract. If you need to stop outsourcing, let us know 30 days in advance so that I can plan ahead.

What kind of experience do you have?

I have been a photo editor for the past 11 years. I’ve seen a lot of trends come and go in the wedding world!

I have a diploma in Photography & Digital Imaging and worked for 6 years at one of Australia’s best wedding and commercial studio. I learned a lot from the principal photographer who is one of the world’s most awarded and published wedding photographers.

I was also a wedding photographer for many years before finding my calling as a full time editor.

What if I am unhappy with the edits?

I welcome your feedback to give you the best service possible. This is how I learn, improve and become part of your team.

Editing is subjective and it may take a little it of back and forth to get it right, especially as I learn your style during the first weddings. That’s why I ask that you supply anchor images I can use as a base for my edits.

Just let me know if you have any adjustments that need to be made and I will be happy to re-edit!
